I went in to look at perfumes and was having such a hard time trying to narrow down my choices, when Iris came over to help! They spent so much time looking through different options with me and giving amazing recommendations. Their product knowledge was very impressive, but what really made the experience was how personable, friendly, and kind they were!! Thank you so much for your help, Iris!

Charged twice for the item.It was the lowest valued item in our cart, its still wrong. I contacted customer service and they said that I have to go to the store even though I stay 100km away and were just visiting Kingston and I said them that it can be in the form of store credit or anything. It doesn’t make any sense for us to travel 200km for a 10$ refund. It was a mistake on their part to overcharge me, and they failed to realise that. Please check your bill twice before leaving the store, specially if you made purchase when in the rush hours. Products are good, but policies, not so much. And no apologies received.

Sephora is a go-to, I appreciate the selection, the advice of staff, and product availability. 4 stars awarded because most of the products I was seeking (popular items) were sold out. This was to be expected though. They did offer alternatives, online ordering, and listened to my wants/needs for products. Reese (I hope I spelled your name right!) Was particularly helpful and skin matched me with a few shades.

Maddy deserves a kiss on the forehead. I hope both sides of her pillow are always cold. I hope she hits green lights all the way home today.For real tho, she matched my foundation perfectly (even though the machine didn’t), gave me so many good recommendations for the look I wanted and stuck within my price range! I haven’t shopped here before but needed all new products and decided to try them out. I spent hundreds of dollars here which isn’t hard but I would expect that would set the bar for the products I was buying. I specifically got a tinted moisturizer and was so excited for it. When I got home to try out all my new products I used the tinted moisturizer and it was all separated and I tried to mix it but it was just basically like grease on my face. When I went to the store to return it all the girl said was “oh that must have been so frustrating” didn’t offer me a new product, didn’t see if they had another one in stock or even look at the product to see the problem. You would expect a bit better service from a place like this and with the prices for their products to actually not be expired or whatever as wrong. Not impressed at all and as a first time shopper not a good experience. Would not recommend.

I have been a VIB Rouge customer of Sephora for years! I buy thousands of dollars of product a year. Recently my daughter and I bought 3 Dior Glow lip oils. One of them separated, grew clumps of pigment and started smelling awful. We went to the store we purchased it at and were told that we were just over the 60 days exchange/return time. We were given a customer services phone number and I called to explain the situation. The person on the phone explained because we bought it in store and not on line that the store should have handled it. I was then offered a $16 credit to use. This product was $50!!!! I was then placed on hold for a long time and I explained that I had to go and maybe a manager could call me when they were free. Two days later and no word from anyone! Guess what Sephora? All the products you sell in your store can be purchased elsewhere. Thanks for showing me how my business isn’t important to you!

I often go into Sephora and the staff are always friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable about products and helpful in recommending things based on what you are looking for. They often offer me a free sample of products if I am unsure about the product so I can take it home and try it out for a few days before purchasing. They inform me of current and future sales. I do most of my makeup and skincare shopping here.
