I happened to mention that I found it to be a very confusing and frustrating process. I was immediately offered help completing my application and to my relief all documents were sent off to the UK. This guy is the best. I guess also because he received the best training from his supervisor.. but she discounted the rate, put my package as top priority. Helped me several times since I had the wrong address and been patient with me. I am personally a business owner here in Kingston and I focus on logistics. By far these guys are five star.

“Stopped by on Friday to return a package. Woman behind the counter was super helpful… even after being verbally abused by two unhinged men in a row. I didn’t catch what the first was about but that man needs therapy. The second man was pissed because he had to go back out to his truck to get his ID. So inconvenient.
Anyway, thanks for your help and printing my shipping label for me! I was in and out in about 5 min and was able to track my shipment easily.”
