New ownership is top notch at this place, the store is much cleaner and presentable and the customer service is above and beyond, took care of my Iphone 15 pro max and my nintendo switch with a quick return. Would highly recommend game vault and Tom tech repairs to anyone with any electronic needs.

I love this store!! The guy who owns the place is super nice same with the other person working there! I came here looking for a GameCube memory card so I could play harvest moon and they had one that was just big enough for me to save my game! They have so many different and cool things in stock at this place, I could look around for hours, on top of my memory card I got a mariocart 7 3DS game in great condition! I would definitely come here again!!

I cannot say enough good things about Tom and the owner! Both very down to earth and will take the time to help you find your every need! I’ve gotten about 20 games here so far at very good prices. Did not make a dent in my wallet and was able to find some of the games that I used to play when I was younger! Great selections for every gaming system other than the PS5 and Xbox Series S/X but I’m sure that will change once the PS6 and next Xbox come out. Highly recommend this place. I love it.

KINGSTONS BEST GAME SHOP! Scoured the shelves there 5 times now in the past 2 or 3 months. Plenty of hidden gems for any collector. Along with a wide range of very cheaply priced games and console setups for the kids or anyone wanting to get back in the game. Tom and the owner of the store are very knowledgeable on just about anything gaming related. Big thanks to Tom for hooking me up with a great deal! 5 star customer service
