“I live on the other side of Ontario. My child and grandchild live in Kingston. Twice I have had interactions with staff at the Kingston store. First up is Richard, a manager who I spoke with just before Christmas. He could have been impatient but was kind, genuine, compassionate, helpful and obviously loves his job. He went above and beyond for me (to get the Lego advent missing from my order). He was a pleasure to speak with and we figured things out. Great guy in the right job for him. Today, the website was saying Kingston did not have the bike I wanted to buy for my g-child so I called to find out when they'd have more. Ended up speaking with Mason. He also went above and beyond. The bike I wanted was in stock actually. When I preferred a new out of the box bike, he accommodated me and ran to make sure there was one in stock. All the running he did to help me, he must've lost a few pounds. He was kind, respectful, upbeat, laughed in the right places and joked back. I like dealing with people who have a sense of humour. Makes the interaction positive. I left that convo happy and would come back based just on these 2 gentlemen. Great hires. Thank you gentlemen!”
