Maybe head office will finely take a look at this operation based on the lousy reviews. I filled up at noon on a Friday, needing to clean my windshield after a buggy drive. The cleaning station at my pump was dry, so was the next one. The third had a little non-descript liquid that left my windshield with less bug mess but with stains from the filthy liquid.
I use ESSO exclusively. Perhaps it is time to try another brand.

I got 80 dollars in fuel and used my pc points to save 10 cents a litre. I put in 64 litres but I still paid 76 dollars for the fuel where it should have been almost 7 dollars. I asked the cashier and she said it’s to maximum of 4 dollars I asked where this is posted and she said nowhere I said so you lie to all customers that use their pc points.

New pump's Don't love -8° feeling like -19°. Pay at the pump, technically problems not once but twice and cashier tries to tell you to try again instead of Change fueling station. Baby girl my fingers are blue. Nah no!!

Third time filling up my truck and didn’t get PC points or my loyalty 5 cent discount.The clerk tried to help, called their “manager” and then proceeded to state that I failed to do it correctly.Then arguing with me that I required to use the PC Card not the “10 digit number”, as it states on the pump. I have always used the 10 digits across Canada.If you want points or use loyalty cards…. DO NOT COME HERE!

Ever since the management change this place has gone downhill. Untrained staff, staff talking on phone or FaceTime while serving you etc. only reason for the 2nd star is good location and these guys should be thankful for that or they would be out of business
