Work was done very well as promised and within the time frame promised. My only critique is the length of time it took from the consultation to when my vehicle was booked in for repair. It took over a month which seems like a long time but other than that the work was done well.

I found the staff to be very accommodating. I was very impressed with the short wait time for delivery of parts and the time it took to make the repairs. I was expecting to pick up my vehicle in one week but to my surprise I was able to pick it up the next day. Koodos to CSN MGI Collision for your outstanding service.

CSN MGI did an excellent job of repairing my vehicle after it had been struck by another vehicle. Three airbags were deployed. Ceiling was crumpled. Panels had popped. Both passenger side doors were damaged. Vehicle was towed to this garage. I picked it up and it looks and performs like new.
The communication and professionalism throughout this process was excellent and comforting. I would definitely recommend this repair shop.
