I orderd flowers was told they will be delivered to the address I gave and it was 440 pm 20 min before closing time and they called the place were the flowers were suposed to get dropped off ruining the surprise also does not accept visa debit I had to etransfor the money totally ruined the surprise instead of taking more customers maybe turn them around if it's too much to handle

Ordered a bouqet for mothers day, flowers were not delivered to my mother. Due to the lack of reliability in service I will never purchase again from Dorothys nor would I recommend anyone else to. Mother day needs to be a reliable delivery especially when I live 9 hours away from my mother. Extremely unsatisfied, and after paying 25-30 $ for a delivery charge which is also way to much.

I ordered flowers, the PREMIUM Victorian teacup, full of roses, for my mother in laws birthday. Sadly the arrangement she received was no where near a fair representation of what was pictured. I almost went with a big company but decided at the last minute to shop local, (to support the local community), and I now regret that decision. I am disappointed with the product received versus the product ordered.

the lady who worker here was really nice and helpful, I bought some plants from here for indoors and even though they did not have the variety that one might be expecting to see in a flower shop, they had just enough of them.
