According to KalTire in Kirkland Lake my steering is “slightly off” and there is nothing they can do about it. I went for new tires, balancing and a 4 wheel alignment. Went back 3 times within that day because my steering was shaking and my steering was crooked,. They re-aligned my car twice and rebalanced my tires. Although it does not shake no more my steering is still off centered. I lost a complete day of wage waiting and going back to KalTire 3 times. Worst part, they said they couldn’t do anything else for me and did not refund me the 312$.
I had originally booked my appointment online at KalTire in NL since I’ve been told multiple times KalTire in KL are very incompetent. I drove all the way to NL to find out they don’t do alligments there … Justin told me that even since Eddie was the new manager the Kl location is no longer incompetent.
I have an appointment with Hyundai for them to confirm my steering is off centered since KalTire said it’s fine. Then I will be contacting head office for a full refund. Please do not go to KalTire in Kirkland Lake, they are still as incompetent as before. I mean unless you want to leave with an off centered steering wheel on a 2 year old car that has never had that problem before and go back 3 times in a day for them to do absolutely nothing because it’s just “slightly off”.
Thank you for making me loose a full day of wage and not taking care of the problem, very much appreciated!

Had a screw in our tire on a long journey with a time limit, staff were knowledgeable and friendly, service was extremely quick and we were back on the road quickly. highly recommend you come see them for your tire and commercial tire needs
