Kathy was amazing & kindhearted. She was very nice and friendly which made very easy for me to get my storage unit as well as helping me add 2 more weeks. Would definitely get storage unit from them again

I simply love the staff at Access on Victoria Street in Kitchener. They are very helpful and kind. I would recommend this location to anyone. Thank you Richard for all you have done for me! You are truly an amazing Manager that brings a whole new meaning to exceptional customer service.

The team is great! But the dynamic 3 week billing cycle is kinda stupid. I think a static 4 week billing cycle would be better.

After numerous issues with your automatic payments System and being charged with overdue payments at the expense of your staffs incompetence in updating my payment information , after filling out the payment information in store as well as on line , after NOT getting returned calls from the regional district manager Richard , and having to deal with a case manager who agreed and proved that I was right about the situation I was still charged over due fees , I decided enough is enough and to take my stuff to uhaul instead. Instead of having your district manager listen instead of try and defend the staff that was incompetent ( a staff memeber who no longer works there , I’m assuming for their incompetence) he refused to credit the overdue charge , so instead of waiving a $15 overdue charge I took my stuff to uhaul and now you won’t be getting my $360 a month payment . As a long standing customer who paid $360 a month for two years straight you’d rather steal $15 more dollars from me instead of apologizing for your mistakes and making it right . As a business owner of two businesses here in town , I am appalled at how this was handled , the customer service I received in this situation was absolutely terrible, no attamepts to make it right no attempts to fix the problem no attempt to keep me as a customer and the fact that your regional manager declined to call me back on 3 occasions, that’s the worst service I’ve ever experienced, to have a manger ignore the calls of an unhappy customer !! Unbelievably terrible experience with you guys. But , your the largest storage company there is , some one else with take my spot and the cycle will continue . I will never use access storage again.

Super friendly staff on location! The unit was easily accessible indoors, it was clean and dry, and the door was in great working order. The process itself to book the unit in less than 24 hours was really quick and smooth, and the fella on the phone was very cheerful and friendly, which is always appreciated especially under stressful situations like moving logistics. Grateful for the August promotion to get the first month free!Three suggestions for a 6-star experience:1. The booking agent forgot to mention I should bring my own lock and what standard is recommended for security, or that I could purchase one there for $20+2. If there's enough staff to support it, escorting a new person to their unit would alleviate navigation anxiety when unfamiliar with the layout.3. Surely it's a security reason so that doors can be locked automatically, but perhaps a simple door stop affixed to the bottom of the door to hold it open, would make those solo efforts in/out a lot easier.
