Great team to work with! Right from the start they were able to answer all of our questions and suggested exactly what we needed. Facilities are clean and secure, we never had an issue accessing our unit or working with the team.

I didn’t use the storage as they didn’t have indoor storage for vehicles at this particular site. But the customer service at front desk by Kathy is impeccable. A warm and charming person and always greeting with a smiling face. She took the time to understand my storage requirement and worked towards a solution, talking to other locations and she provided me with the information where vehicle storage is available. It was very helpful and saved me a lot of time surfing through the web and finding for locations. Thank you Kathy for your service and hope to use this storage site at some point in the future.

I had a really great experience here! Kathy is very chatty, and I really enjoyed our conversations. She made the whole experience even better. Nicole was also very helpful, and the storage room is incredibly safe and clean—beyond my expectations.

I was their for changing from bigger store to small one and the lady asst manager miss Nicole near was very help full and gave us different option to reduce our cost and it was very good experience and I would recommend this location in Waterloo .

I had the pleasure of meeting Assistant Manager; Kathy and it was just a wonderful experience. Kathy is super knowledgeable, kind and extremely professional. She stayed back even after office hours just to ensure my booking was sorted out. Great work Kathy and thank you for such a wonderful experience today! Nicole was a huge help when moving into my unit at the Maple location. I’ve never used a storage unit before so I had a lot of questions but Nicole’s patience, attention to detail, and in-depth instructions all helped make the move-in the smoothest it could’ve been. I’d come back and use Access Storage again just because of the pleasant customer experience, and I don’t want the support to go unappreciated, so thank you so much Nicole!
