The Service here is exceptional! From move in to move out the process is a breeze. I can not thank Alisha and Quinlan enough for their service and amazing customer service they have provided me! I broke some glass and asked for a broom to clean up and Quinlan took it upon himself and tidied up for me!! Alisha has been essential to help me navigate the move out process. Professional, kind, and fantastic. If ever you need a storage option I highly suggest access storage on Ottawa in Kitchener. You are treated well, with respect and with the utmost care. Thank you Alisha and Quintana for all you do! You have made this process fast and easy!

The lockers we have had have been good. Doors in good repair. Floors in good shape. Bay doors working. However, the stairs are dangerous!! They need to get new ones! They are cement and scary! Hold on to the railing! The prices go up often... payment is every 4 weeks , not once a month. They do give good start-up incentives when signing up, downsizing, or up-sizing. The staff are always friendly and helpful. (We have had a locker here for 4 years... all different sizes... fyi)

Rented a unit with Access Storage. Service was great, quick and professional. All details were explained thoroughly and correctly. Unit was clean and ready to store. When unit was vacated my account was closed without any issues.

I called the store to ask if I could get an extension on my payment because I had to go into emergency surgery for melanoma. The staff worker said that would be fine. Found out she didn’t leave notes and had a hard time getting anyone to understand. People here are uncaring and horrible. Payments have been made and i will be looking for a different place.

The guy and the front desk was super friendly and helpful! Parking was never an issue. Everything looked well maintained And they have lots of great dolly’s to use.

Great experience. Very smooth. They had a fantastic promotion on when I signed up so I didn't have to pay for the first 4 weeks (which was how long I needed it for). I only had to pay for the admin fee of $25 but the free lock they gave me was worth $20 so I basically paid 5 bucks for a 10' x 10' container. All in all, so far I am very happy with the service.

Saiel was most helpful when my wife and I stopped in to Access Storage to ask some questions about storing our belongings as we moved from one house to another. Friendly, engaging and informative!

10/10 would recommend. They are fast, efficient, and have excellent customer service. Riley, the employee that was working the front desk and taking care of the whole facility by himself that day was friendly, charismatic, and made me feel extremely comfortable with understanding the process. Even going through the paperwork, Riley made it easily understandable and entertaining. The storage facility is clean, easy layout to navigate while feeling a sense of security and reliable.
