Got my mac working in an hour after big box store couldn't touch it. Honest, Kind, funny ...said if there are any further issues come back. Said 'we know how to treat customers' and they are right...customer service is still ALIVE!!! :0)

Great service, repaired my RGB lamp promptly and he doesn't shy away from more unusual electronics. Great to know my electronics won't end up in a landfill and I can get more years of use out of them.

Laddie did a great job replacing the battery of my old iPhone. I stopped in, left the phone with him, and he had it ready the next day. There was a small wrinkle getting the screen back on, but he called me so I could approve what he was going to do. He even offered to drop the phone off to me.
This is the second time I've been to Alpha Repairs for a repair and I've been happy both times!

Laddie was able to repair a FPC motherboard issue on a Samsung phone I thought was unrepairable. He is incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and professional. He had the work done within hours, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. Highly recommended. Thanks again! A++.

My audio interface had a problem with its power port and Laddie fixed it really well and quickly! I brought my device around 1pm and it was ready to pick up at 7pm. He explained what the problem was and how it would be fixed (with pictures!). Awesome customer service!
