I went to this store to Christmas shop for my niece. If you need help you MUST ask for Bella! She was kind, knowledge, funny, and beyond helpful! She went above and beyond to assist me! Great customer service today! Thank you, Bella!

Visited the store today. Everything well set and organised. Staff is very cooperative and welcoming. I somehow got locked 3 times out of the change room and Sarah helped me out without any problem. She was the one who helped at the final billing as well. She is so well aware about the recommendations and products. Best customer handling skills. Overall felt very satisfied with overall visit and purchase today😃

Bad overall experience shopping in this store today. Was looking for a few things, had no help offered even though all 4 floor staff were watching me and my elderly mother dig through dirty piles to find sizes. Finally was offered help when my mother asked for it, and was informed me of a 2nd location that had stock. I asked her to call them to double check that they have it and to set it aside and she just stared at me blankly and couldn’t figure out how to call them. The store was so filthy dirty I left covered in dust and dirt from digging through the absolute mess of the clothes that were strewn all over the floor. Got to the 2nd location to find they didn’t have the stock that the first store assured me they had. One 30 second phone call would have let us know that, but of course we had to waste gas and time. 2nd associate was more than helpful and extremely apologetic and offered to ship the item to my house. Why the heck wasn’t that offered at the 1st location??? I work in customer service and was so appalled. Shame on Fairview and kudos to Conestoga. This review absolutely requires manager intervention and I hope it is taken seriously.

Hands down The best shopping Experience ever! The assistant manager Doug and the associates :Matt and Alex helped me till their closing clock without any rush, Moreover, my gift card had some issue, they were tottally understanding and Affable to deal the situation with. I recommend you all to see them and have the same amazing customer service!
