Hands down The best shopping Experience ever! The assistant manager Doug and the associates :Matt and Alex helped me till their closing clock without any rush, Moreover, my gift card had some issue, they were tottally understanding and Affable to deal the situation with. I recommend you all to see them and have the same amazing customer service!

The style and quality of AE /Aerie clothes are great but Customer service at Kitchener Fairview mall very bad, unpleasant, unacceptable and insulting!!first guy came with name started M arguing for online order and mislead me on price and said i m manager then Angry Lisa (I guess that’s her name) came and called her "Manager" too and start arguing with me in a rude, disrespectful, and insulted way.Are you serious? I m buying a lot of $$$ stuff online and in person for years for my family, I m not asking for employees discount or for free, I tried to use SPC as per store policy ( I m Masters Student) and trying to order online with discounted price showing online.I purchased man bottom last 7-10 days before in same store and match the price online. we came to check size in store and then order. On same day same guy argued and insulted for price match so another cashier said it is allowed as per price policy to match with online and instore.This incident raise various Qs regards to price misleading and store employees substandard. AE must issue Price Policy for instore and online on their website clearly. Otherwise loosing customers due to Amiss and disappointing Customer service .

Manager Lisa is rude, doesn’t know how to speak to customers. She shouldn’t be working here at all. She doesn’t honour American eagle policies and doesn’t care what American eagle customer service says either.

Nice place and staff are friendly. Lots of selection. Brought my 14 year old daughter her to shop for summer clothes. But my God, things are expensive. Cut off Jean shorts for $75 and jeans are over $100!?! Crazy.

Great selection , clean store but im giving it a 5 star for the 2 girls that helped me today , the one was great for asking what i needed , helped me with change rooms and was super polite and not pushy , the girl who cashed me out was fast efficient and hounestly one of the sweetest cashier's i ever had, she made me feel welcomed she even wished me a happy belated mother's day witch is so kind , one of the best shopping experiences ive had in awhile

Manager was extremely rude when I pointed out that the pricing was misleading. Definitely won’t return and as this was my first time in a American Eagle shop I will not support the brand.

My 15 year old daughter loves this shop - keeps coming back. As a middle-aged guy I found suitable jeans- athletic build and a very comfortable fit I may add. None of that skinny fit for me. ?
