Rude customer service. Just because I didn't dress the best that day, they didn't once look at me or ask me if I needed help with anything. I don't mind if they don't look at me, but one of the girls working there rolled their eyes. They literally greeted 2 girls who walked in right behind me. They only care about their commission pay.

This store was terrible. I felt so out of place in the store for one and then on top of that no one asked me if I needed help… this is something common I feel in aritiza but I love the product.. they also don’t ever have size large or medium. Overall super uncomfortable experience.

We got a full professional wardrobe for my partner here, and it looks great on her. Staff were very helpful, and made good suggestions for different items to try. Price was a bit high, but very reasonable given the quality of the clothes. I'm confident they'll last a long time.

Nice but small Aritzia. Sometimes their selection has stuff that I can’t find at other Aritzia’s which is nice but service is super hit or miss. I feel like I’m treated super well when I’m dressed nicely, but when I’m in a basic outfit, I feel like they are watching me like a hawk and I feel a tad awkward.

Really happy with my experience at this location!! I had called the store asking if I could exchange a dress I bought for another colour and size, and Genevieve helped me order a colour and size that was corporately sold out on the website to my house. I had originally ordered it in pink because the light blue sold out quickly, so it was nice I didn’t have to settle after all. Thank you Gen and the girls at Fairview Park for your kindness and help!!!
