I had an amazing experience at this salon ! From the moment I sat in the chair, my stylist Erisa, was incredibly professional and attentive. She took the time to explain every step of the process (Ive got curly long hair ), making sure I felt comfortable and understood what she was doing along the way. Her knowledge and confidence really stood out, and I appreciated how she listened to my needs while also offering expert advice. Highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for both skill and exceptional service!

Bhan has done it again! I am so incredible happy with my most recent hair cut (and all of my hair cuts from Bhan for that matter) Bhan is kind, gentle, considerate and so very thorough, making it so easy to trust with my hair. Always good conversation, always incredible head massages during the hair washing process and always, always making sure I am happy every step of the process. Feroza is honestly a GEM! I came in with a fuzzy idea, and she just got it. Not only did she bring it to life, she made it better: cleaner, more flattering, more ME. Her way with cutting layers and styling them?✨chef’s kiss✨ She shared tips, explained what would suit me, and really made it feel like a creative collaboration. Raghda at the front is so sweet with her smiles and the entire Artline team is so welcoming and kind. The salon itself is in such a charming neighborhood too. Perfect for a little post-glow-up stroll. I left feeling light, radiant, and so well taken care of. Will definitely be back!

I have tried several hair salons in Kitchener and this one is definitely the best! I came here to colour my roots and get highlights. I was very satisfied with the whole experience. Zina was so attentive and it's clear that she's very professional and knows what she's doing. The colour turned out exactly the way I wanted it to! The prices are reasonable too. I will for sure come back again!

Definitely recommend this place! Feroza is the BEST hair dresser I ever had and experienced! She is very welcoming, so professional and truly talented! I absolutely LOVE my new hair cut, she is the only hair dresser who can do amazing layers. Feroza gives the best customer service, always making sure her customers needs are met and is satisfied with how their hair looks, until the very end. I came here to get a haircut and I had the best experience ever. Everyone here is so nice and friendly, and my haircut was done by Feroza. She is amazing, she is super nice, and she is very patient and detail focusing.
I recommend this salon to anyone who wants to get a haircut or anything that relates to hair style, don’t miss this gem!

I can’t thank Lina and Rita more on the work they have done for my wife and I on the wedding day. They did an incredibly excellent job on the hairstyling and the bridal makeup.
It’s always a challenge for eastern asians to find a good hairstyle and makeup service here, but Lina and Rita are different, they sincerely listen to your opinions and preferences and provide the best choice, they know what you need!
Folks, definitely don’t miss out this salon if you are eastern asian, their service deserves every penny.
