Avis Car Rental has helpful staff who provide great service. The staff are professional and efficient, getting customers in and out quickly. Prices are a bit higher, but the cars are clean. However, some cars may have issues and the windshields could be cleaner. The staff are always helping, but some requests may go unanswered due to a lack of knowledge. Overall, Avis Car Rental provides a good experience, but there is room for improvement with car quality.

Couldn’t have asked for a better car rental. Walked in, and within 5 minutes had my car as booked.
The guy at the desk was friendly and got me checked in and checked out with ease.

Worst experience at Avis, Kitchener location.
Staff is rude and absolutely not helpful.
If you ask any question they are very rudely answered, behavior with customers is not welcoming at all.
