Had a great shopping experience at Banana Republic, Fairview Park Mall. Aman and Amin were extremely helpful and genuinely attentive throughout. They helped me with the fit, gave honest suggestions while choosing the sweater, and even made sure I got the best possible price on my sweater.
Their service didn’t feel rushed or salesy at all… just thoughtful and professional. If you’re planning to shop at Banana Republic, I’d highly recommend this location. Top-notch customer service!

5 stars only for the lady who actually helped me with sizes for denim .. she was very patient and genuine and very helpful.
Another lady didn’t know how to talk with the customers… she was not nice. I was at cash and I was gonna exchange for a diff color and i went back to store for a gifr receipt and she comes up to me asks.. Oh! You already changed your mind? Like hello? Is this the way you build a connection.: NO! It just made my experience bad although i was being helped very nicely at the beginning! So overalll bad cs of this one employee.

What a wonderful experience. I buy ALL my pants at Banana. I must have 12+ pairs at home plus shirts. Bought a few shirts late March for a trip in April-May. One didn’t fit so came in today to exchange. Had the right size, I was excited. “Sorry sir, it’s over 30 days we can’t refund or exchange.”
Tags on shirt I just want a smaller size.
Nope. No exceptions.
Maybe not a lot to them the $1000+ a year I spend at Banana but will never shop there again and will ask my wife to not buy me anything.
Great customer service for a 20 year client.
And I NEVER get bad reviews of anything. This was terrible. No wonder traditional retailers are going out of business.
So mad I left my shirt there and told them to just keep it.

I just came in today looking for some business/cocktail outfits and Samra helped me out. She was SO lovely and personable, and found me some amazing pieces based on the information I gave her. Samra was so sweet and helpful, and I will definitely be back!

Me and my husband dropped by around 7pm today( 19/07/2024)
We love this store and we buy from here all the time, especially since we live in Waterloo. This time around me and my husband came in to purchase outfits for my daughter’s destination wedding, I saw a green dress online and I was looking for some sizes . As we entered in a girl was already dealing with 2 different customers, in a pretty busy store. While two workers were behind the counter chatting away, on their phones taking selfies. We stood there and decided to leave because no one asked if we needed help besides the girl already helping out 2 customers.
We love this store but this is not acceptable behaviour, management needs to be more strict!
Taking in a loud foreign language not even aware of their surrounding. I believe one of them was a manager as I seen her quite often.

Banana Republic offers what feels like a VIP shopping experience. The store is clean and well decorated, the staff are friendly and professional, and the style of clothing offered is excellent.My only complaint is the prices are often extremely high considering the quality of clothing being sold. I understand this could be considered a premium brand, but there seems to be a disconnect between quality and price. I purchased a pair of pants that I considered to be quite expensive and was disappointed by how cheap they felt before ultimately returning them.

We were helped by Ishita, and we ended up buying a huge collection of items, all because of their help. This is a smaller store and not a factory outlet. Collection of all contemporary styles and evergreen options is great.

I was really disappointed with my customer service experience at banana republic today. I had purchased a coat and when I received it in the mail it didn’t fit well. I brought it into the store and despite it still having all the tags attached they wouldn’t return or exchange as it was a final sale item and unfortunately I didn’t realize this on purchase. The coat is over $300 and I was disappointed that that wouldn’t make an exception to their rule for a loyal customer. When I got home I emailed the company directly to inform them of this situation and they reviewed the situation and they are now going ahead and processing my return. The customer service rep couldn’t have been nicer to deal with. I’ve always loved their store and this just confirmed why.

One of my favorite stores at Fairview mall, the staff are very kind and honest when you are trying on outfits which I appreciate, they do not tell you it looks good just to sell they provide their honest opinion. Big shout out to Deedee. Great selection and amazing customer service, thank you and keep it up!.
