I highly recommend this auto repair shop. Beni is a knowledgeable and honest mechanic. Others have tried fixing my car to have it act up again weeks later. Beni ran a thorough diagnostic test of my car and took the time to explain what he found and what my options were, offering advice and a step-by-step action plan. I had a wonderful experience.

Beni was referred to me by a family friend. Being a woman it can be extremely intimidating finding a mechanic you can rely on. Beni has been nothing but helpful, honest and efficient. I call Beni about every single concern/question I've had about my car and he is always quick to help me out.I called him once in panic about a weird noise my car started making and he told me to come in right away. I recently had my car's oil changed by Bridgeport Auto and I must say it was a delightful experience. The mechanic was professional, courteous, and efficient from start to finish. They provided clear and concise information about the process and kept me updated throughout the entire service. The work was completed in a timely manner, and they even went above and beyond to check my tire's pressure and fluids. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of car maintenance. They made the process seamless, and I will definitely be returning for future services.

They were supposed to balance and install my new tires and rims on my car. The tires were not balanced and one tire leaked (loose valve) so I went back only to have the mechanic tell me its just the tires. Went elsewhere and they found it was not balanced properly as I told them and felt in the car. Would never go there again, they have no idea what they are doing.Service: Tires
