Not gonna lie, after reading reviews here, I got a little bit terrified. However, in reality, visiting this post office turned out to be a pleasant experience. I got there around 3 PM, and there was a small line (3-4 people) that handled their matters pretty quickly. And it took only 5 mins or even less to pick up an international parcel. Plus, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

They told me it is one day shipment, but it took three business days! If you are dealing with passport which is time sensitive, avoid Canada Post!

Think you will quickly grab your parcel or mail before work? Wrong. Be prepared to wait in line for 3-6 business days. The staff are otherwise nice, but this location needs more help.

Just returned back from dealing with "Linda", the post office manager.Got a notice left yesterday that I needed to pick up my parcel here after 1 pm next business day, noticed there was duty to be paid so no problem.Went over to this location just after 1 (Was quite close to it) and was paired with Linda to assist me.She checked the slip and looked for the box for about 10-20 seconds, and then informed me it wasnt there.My response was "Oh, the slip said it should be ready after 1" to which her response was an extremely rude "Yes AFTER 1, which is any time after 1 so come back around 4 or 5. You just watched me look through those boxes, I have 3 shipments coming in, its not here"This was 0-100 for absolutely no reason and honestly Im a bit taken aback at how rude and unprofessional she was.She then glanced at the top of the pile as I was leaving and realized the box had been sitting there the entire time.Now I realize I was there shortly after 1, I realize everyone has their days or is busy or whatever, but theres absolutely no need to treat your customers with such disrespect. Had I been told hey we're a little backed up today and it will come in a bit later, sorry - This would have been totally acceptable.I would recommend avoiding this location if possible, at least until they have another manager in place or Linda is given some feedback - She seems to be a recurring issue in these reviews.

@Jasmina Simic : I was waiting right behind you. You asked for a refund for the letter you sent to the wrong address, and it made me wait 20 minutes and did not care. You rushed home and wrote a review for people working for 15$ hour as a pro passive aggressive. What do you expect from these people ? To come and do the dishes at your place? They are doing what they can. If you don't know how to send a letter in the first place, send an email then. It's easier. And be cognizant of others waiting in the life shellfish people.

Amazing staff. I go to this location at least twice every week and I always feel welcomed. Staff is friendly and knowledgable, wait times are never unreasonable. Thank you Linda, Monique & all others who have served me over the last few months.
