This store is great. From we walked in the door we were greeted pleasantly and directed to our customer service rep Mr. Sona Elango. COVID protocols were clearly in place. He provided excellent customer service and helped us choose the right appliance for our large family's needs that was within our budget. Fast efficient delivery. Beautiful appliance. I will shop here again.

Excellent assistance with the salesperson (Joanne M.). She helped us refine what we were looking for in a replacement range, and the purchase was smoothly handled.The two gentlemen who delivered our stove were friendly and very professional.Unboxed our new range, and plugged it in before leaving.The only current downside is that within minutes of delivery leaving, the range threw up an error code (F20). Currently on hold with Electrohome/Frigidaire as we will need assistance in resolving and getting the brand new range operational.

This is the most unprofessional place I have been to in a very long time. My wife and I had an awful experience visiting the Kitchener store to purchase some appliances after seeing all their advertisements online. We went there to purchase some appliances worth ~$7120 CAD, which we wanted to have delivered after 3 weeks. The lady salesperson (who claimed to be a manager) we dealt with had ZERO customer service skills.They said they could keep the order for 2 weeks but couldn't guarantee the same appliances for our order, even if we paid in advance. We were okay with that, as we could go back later to order. We had added all the items to their online cart, and the total came to around 7120 CAD (including tax). The only reason we visited their store was because they advertised on their website that "CAS sales staff have the ability to significantly discount most product prices below our online advertised prices when purchasing multiple products." So, we wanted to see if they could get us some discounts, as the total was a bit out of our range.The old lady salesperson gave us barely $150 as a discount, and we told her that this is what we had seen on their website. She said the website might have that, but this was all we could get for a $7100+ purchase. And even before we could say anything else, she told us she didn't want to waste her time. It felt like she was telling us to get out without actually saying it.We felt so humiliated and took some time to recover from that shock, as both of us haven't experienced such an experience recently. We can confidently say that this salesperson clearly lacks the customer service skills that are very important for these types of roles. We ended up getting our appliances (better models) at a better price from somewhere else.I would never visit this store again, and I will make sure none of our friends or people we know have the same experience. I strongly suggest avoiding the Kitchener store, and if you happen to be in this store, avoid this salesperson and deal with someone else. Also, there are many places out there with better prices that you may consider.

So far I have simply made the purchase and I have had an excellent experience. Ruby helped my mother and I decide on what I should get and she was fantastic to work with! She was patient, knowledgeable, respectful and kind. Would certainly go back and recommend the Kitchener location to friends.Delivery went smoothly and the movers were respectful of my home.

Easily the worst experience I have ever had with an appliance store. I purchased a dryer and pedestal from Canadian Appliance, which included a fee for delivery and removal of our existing dryer. However, after their contracted delivery service (LTI) carried the units into our basement, they demanded $140 cash to "install" (put the dryer on the pedestal) it into our laundry room. Canadian Appliance was not open so I paid the fee and now no one is taking responsibility. On top of that, the delivery drivers were rude, did not take off their shoes, did not lay down mats, left a huge mess (which took over an hour to clean up) and tore our vinyl flooring. After contacting both Canadian Appliance and LTI (their delivery service) everyone wants to sweep this under the rug, until it happens to the next unsuspecting customer. Beware, do not buy product requiring delivery from Canadian Appliance it is a trap and will result in additional costs and headaches.
