Some five years ago, I had my brand new Tesla wrapped to provide protection for the hood, front, bumper, and rocker panels.
CanCare Auto Appearance was highly recommended by my friend Ian.
I was greeted by Steve Strassburger the owner who gave me the very fair estimate. They did one amazing job. Friends of mine in the Tesla community had a close look at the job that Steve had done and found it to be the best.
Now that I’ve had the wrap on for almost 6 years, the wrap still looks fabulous.
About four weeks ago, as I was on a ramp coming off the 401 a piece of plywood flew off of a pick up truck in front of me and hit my bumper which had a wrap on it. The plywood made a mess of my front number as well as underneath the car. I went to see Steve about the damage repair. Surprisingly the only damage was yo the wrap Steve remove the damaged wrap which is across the entire front of my car and replaced it. Also, surprisingly was the first impact was on the cap that covers the tow hitch. What a lucky hit. The car looks brand new again.
I really enjoy working with Steve. He really cares.

Awesome service, never disappointed, driving my 2010 vehicle out of there shop, looked (and smelled) brand new! Steve and crew are great and seem to have high standards for what they do, and for the customer service. Highly recommend!

I've had the pleasure of dealing with Steve for a least 25 years, I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else, I'd have to be mad! They undercoat my vehicle every year with their Cancare special undercoat. I can't give them enough stars. If you have something they missed they will gladly fix the problem!Services: Full body wash

Outstanding customer service Steve worked around my busy schedule to get me in. I got my windows tinted here he said it would be about an hour to do. He had me in and out in 45 min. Very happy with them as well they look great.

Complete rip off, lied to over phone with price quotes of $120-160. All they did was clean the inside of my car and left outside unwashed. Was expecting car wash with package but they didn't cause that extra apparently. I paid $225 to clean the inside of car. Everything is separate there and not worth what you paid for. Never going back that is bs.Services: Seat shampooing
