I had the most rewarding experience buying furniture in this store. Paul was patient, helpful and knowledgeable. His passion for quality and the craft of making exquisite furniture was evident in the way he described pieces and encouraged thoughtful purchases. I highly, highly recommend this store.

We went to this store , it has a giant sign ‘clearance sale’ ‘we have overstock inventory ‘ ‘we are open’ on its windows . Once inside, the man asked if I’m looking for anything specific. I said I’m looking for furniture with good bargain because it’s clearance sale, is that okay ? ‘ He answered ‘No’! Can you believe that ??? . Arrogant indeed. Hope you go bankrupt! Keep all your overstock inventories till they rot!!

Hard to find this quality of furniture anywhere. Paul answered all my questions and even costed a chair in the fabric I liked. When we are ready to invest I would return to Charterhall in a heartbeat.

We bought a Hancock and Moore reclining leather chair from Charterhall eight years. When the leather on the headrest deteriorated before its time, we were told that furniture manufacturers no longer warrant fabrics or leather. However, Paul at Charterhall worked with us for almost a year to replace that headrest at his own cost. For him, he sells only quality and quality stands up to the test of time. And he stood behind his product, even when his manufacturer did not. That is rare and speaks volumes about the integrity of Charterhall. Thank you Paul and Charterhall.

Tried to get some pricing information for a Taylor king sofa from this store. I called last week and gave the details of what I was looking for. The gentleman I was speaking with advised it would be between 5 and 6 thousand.
I advised I would like a solid price and he said he would have to get back to me.
I called this morning to see about the cost - but he was refusing - said there are too many options / configurations to price it and it's best I come in.
I have my sofa configured (the manufacturer makes it very easy) and my level of fabric selected.
I said that this individual did mot seem interested in a sale - and he responded with "really, in this economy were not interested?"
Guess what - the way you treat people - I am not interested in buying from you. Cheapest or not - acting like an a$$hole says tons.

Very friendly staff. Pat was incredibly helpful walking me through and helping me get the exact size, shape, and materials I wanted for a custom Chestfield sofa. Expensive furniture but the price matches the quality.
