Costco Pharmacy is appreciated for its low prices and excellent service, especially in the Kitchener location. The staff is responsive, often contacting doctors for prescription renewals and providing quick assistance. Customers value the convenience of calling in prescriptions and picking them up easily. The store offers a wide selection of items in the warehouse, making shopping efficient. However, the food court has disappointed some, with reports of smaller portion sizes and less satisfying food, such as half-filled boxes of poutine. Despite this, the hot dog and drink combo remains popular at a low price of $1.50. Overall, the pharmacy and store provide good service and value, though the food court may not meet everyone's expectations.
Great service, I always order my meds ahead of time so they are ready when I arrive. The dispensing fees I save ( I use to go to Shoppers ) pay for my membership. Win Win.
