This place is welcoming. People come here with broken cars and so, broken hearts. But the two ladies at the front will make their efforts to make your stay comfortable. Michelle will quickly get your information and page the crew and they will quickly take a look at your car and give you some initial ideas. I went there for an evaluation of my car which was affected by a recent flash flooding.
She was quick to arrange the rental vehicle for me (your insurance must provide for that), while the car was being inspected. So, there was no time that wasted.
I am still awaiting the evaluation; after CSN send their evaluation, the insurance company will make the decision to repair or write off.
However, as far as the body shop goes, CSN is welcoming, efficient and their office is well decorated. They have coffee and comfortable waiting area for the guests.
I shall get back to this review if my car was repaired and once it’s repaired to add my feedback on that.

How many times have the MTO been to this place? Anyone else experience insurance fraud in Kitchener/Waterloo? Beware of places who can't quote accurately. Twice. Your in the business you should be able to get it right the first time within a few hundred or possibly find someone who can quote a job accurately.

CSN was absolutely amazing with the first call to me and the final visit my vehicle looks like it was never damaged and I was never wondering about the going’s on when it came to the work. Very impressed and recommend to anyone for the quality and promptness of the work

If there is lower than 1 I would have given this place. My friend took our car and met the manager to get a verbal estimate that it would take 1000-1500 to fix one minor dent. We were told that we need to pay for a written estimate that is more accurate for $100. As someone else was fixing our car we told them it’s around $1500. Then we got the written quote for $2700! Which is nearly double what we were told verbally. When we questioned the estimator they said that maybe the manager didn’t see the dents but they did actually. The manager admitted that they underestimated and it was basically tough luck guys. Not professional whatsoever. Just stealing away a $100 estimate fee because they knew we wouldn’t fix a dent this small for $2700!

I had a smooth experience with CSN Shirley Dr when I had to get my car repairs after the unfortunate damage to my car's bumper. I had to wait a long time for the repairs but that was due to the replacement parts being late. Once the parts arrived, CSN was very quick in scheduling the repairs and following up with me and keeping me posted on the repairs. Pro: Super nice people, office is clean and tidy! I'd totally take my car here for insurance work.Con: I went for a quote on minor body work and it took nearly an hour to get the inspection done. A verbal summary of work was provided at the end, but no physical quote or dollar amt was given. It took two days for the $ amount to be sent via email and the total quote was ultimately almost 3x more than I was quoted elsewhere. Parts/supplies were about the same, but the total labor time was way higher (hourly labor rates somewhat higher). Perhaps my job was just too small potatoes for them?Summary: good work costs money, and if my insurance is paying for it, have at it!! But for small out of pocket costs it was more cost effective to go elsewhere.
