The store is incredibly cramped. The staff are okay. There's a wide range of unique products. I go here for smaller hardware stuff like wall paint brushes, hooks etc. It's much cheaper then getting them at bigger establishments like Canadian tire.

Regular customer here. Sweet staff and lots of neat stuff. it's not advertised to be under a certain amount so you will find some higher prices. I always leave with a full bag, especailly the cheap/unique craft stuff you can't find at dollarama!

Just bought a kids tiny fire truck for $33. My son has autism and he cries and throws himself around for a toy and doesn’t move or understand no, safe to say I will never buy another kids toy from this store, we went home and the fire truck broke within 30 minutes. If they want to ask $33 for a small toy they need to stop importing and selling the cheapest Chinese toys made of low quality materials that they actually pay $3 or less for.I am never bringing my son to this location.I buy him plenty of pricey toys but not dollar store toys for this price that breaks within minutes, for this price I could’ve bought him a very nice fire truck from Walmart or Canadian tire or giant tiger that would be way better quality.Everything they sell in this location is more expensive than any other dollar stores. The big Dollarama on highland road is way better and prices are reasonable. Avoid this location at all times, there’s also barely any room to move in this store, it’s a hazard especially if you have a stroller or a walker for old people.

I had been coming here for a while; but no longer. After getting balloons for my dads birthday, it popped one minute into our car ride. I came back hoping they’d replace it, as I made it one street away. They refused and were adamant that I was in the wrong and must’ve done something. I was a customer for 6 years, officially lost. Please avoid and go to Dollar Tree instead. Better prices and they’ll honour a popped balloon 30 seconds after leaving the store.

My husband spent 15$ on a number helium balloon that had a hole in it and was deflated by the time we brought home.

I got some balloons filled with helium here, and the staff were very kind and friendly! The balloons looked beautiful as well.

They pushed a product stating this will work. But later it did not work. When I went back asking for help, they said no returns or exchanges for the sold goods. I should not have trusted them. Cunning people. Do not go here.

I bought a fake security camera and tested at home and called them back that it was not working. The guy wasted 20 min of my time to show it was working. But in fact it was working on and off. Now that I wanted to use it, I see it was not working again... Everything is very expensive when compared to similar stores. If you are looking for half price of items compared to this store just check on "your dollar store with more" in Bridgeport waterloo for example.

Cheap products and rude service. Not to mention the place is a mess and the employees don't wear masks.There is a Dollarama one plaza over next to food basics. I suggest you go there instead.

Huge selection of household items and tools, it packs far more into the store than you would think from the outside. Worth exploring if you need specific items.
