There are professionals who act nice because they have to -- and then there are people like Dr. Rakita who are genuinely kind and caring.I felt like I was seen as a person and not just a mouth (or a wallet...). Dr Rakita explained things to me very clearly and patiently, and was not alarmist. I felt genuine warmth. The assistant was also very kind and patient.This is my new dentist, for sure.

Good and honest service, also fair price. Does not push treatments that you don't need. My whole family goes there.

Absolutely amazing dentist and staff! I’ve always been weary of dentists, after some bad experiences, but he is awesome. Thorough, honest and genuinely kind. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

If i could give him more i would. He is an AMAZING, caring dentist and his staff are caring, friendly and courteous. The only unfortunate thing is they don't except Ontario Works or Disability.

As someone with a lot of anxiety in day to day life going to the dentist is almost traumatic for me. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Rakita and his staff. Not only did he take his time to help me clam down and help me relax but he also explained everything so very well in terms I could understand. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get a dentist. I didn't feel any pain at all.
