The property manager with EIWO has been fantastic, very attentive and prompt when addressing maintenance requests. Customer service is fantastic every time they responded back in a timely manner. The application process is great and quick, and renting with EIWO is recommend. Tenants feel understood and human, and would rent again. It's nice to feel understood and human. They are great for getting things done. The building is very outdated but would be nice to have units renovated.

I’ve lived on Parkside for a while now and the property manager has been fantastic. She’s very attentive and prompt when addressing maintenance requests etc. I would rent with Eiwo again!
