I visited the Esso station for a premium car wash, and it was an absolute scam. The blower wasn’t working, and when I approached an employee named Joy, he was incredibly rude and dismissive. They refused to help, stating that if the machine isn’t working, it’s not their problem. This is a complete waste of money and time. They lack basic ethics and customer service. Avoid this place if you don’t want to be ripped off!

Your pump kept running after I finished pumping gas and out the nozzle back into the pump. All the clueless employee could say was sorry. If I pumped gas and drive away you would have me arrested yet it’s perfectly ok for you to steal from your customers. I will be looking into this and will be taking further action into your dishonest business practices

The girl employee is very rude. If you want to work as a cashier then just handle the transaction till customer leaves. Don’t give any advices.

I was there before 15 minutes. There were 2 attendants inside the store, one girl came in to ask how Air filling in tyre works. Both of the attendant didn’t know how does it works. They suggested to the girl when the tire pressure will reach required limit of air it will make sound like bip-bip and the other one said it will stop automatically. I stayed silence and I told customer that I will show you how it works and how it shows you tire pressure measurement.After leaving the place I called on the store number and tried to explain them that if you don’t know it then please don’t provide wrong info. To the customers in serious things. They put 3 people’s life in dangour if the tire blows up because of excessive air pressure. Attendant girl answered me on call very rudely that the other guy was on training and didn’t listen to me.She was not intrested to listen even if someone dies they don't care.Store manager Please pay attention to this.
