Today I would like to tell “ a big thank you “ to Mattie who is the manager in the store. She helped me to resolve my issue very quickly. It was my fault with the shoes , however she explained me everything very clear and make my day . I appreciate such an understanding approach ?! As a newcomer in Canada I am very grateful for the support and help in the store .

If you are looking for rain shoes for the fall season for school, this is the place to go. They have boggs discounted. They also have cheaper galoshes within the 20 dollar mark. There is a clearance section in the front tented area, but you have to look for appropriate shoe sizes and find it kind of unorganized.

I bought a pair of dress shoes for over $150 last weekend that had some coffee spilled on them and will not come out. I only wore them once. Store will not take them back or exchange. I never return anything. My family of 6 has bought many pairs of shoes at this store over the years. I will never shop at this store again, and will spread the word to others. Thought they would stand by their products. Terrible customer service experience!

They have a lot of shoes with many varieties. I went there to buy running shoes. Unfortunately they didn't have much wide width shoes in stock for them.

I literally never want to review or usually i do not prefer to do so but here i felt some racism i went to the factory store on Victoria street and i had to just change the shoes nd was not even asking for the refund but the girl name Anamika she was literally so rude to us because she was indian and I experienced this thing so many times that Indian employees never behaves well with Indian customers I literally got so upset after seeing the way she is speaking to us and I literally never wanna go back to this store ever in my life

Not much of a selection of men's shoes.
