Sign on building says KWPC. It’s a drop off site in a little store. Funny that a place can be labeled FedEx on the map and not even have a FedEx logo on their door. Also closed until NOON! Hope this helps.

I had to return my phone via Fedex and stopped here to drop it off. I did not have a box to package my phone but the lady at the counter very kindly offered an appropriate box plus paper scribbles to use it as a cushion. Very kind and even though they were not obligated to help out, they were willing to. Great experience at this site!

Can't seem to get my package in. Redirected 3 days ago and still not available for pick up when I leave tomorrow and that package was supposed to come with me.

Absolutely Frustrating!!! Suggestion:- change the location.
So my package was not delivered at home and I was supposed to be picked up at this location as no one was available at the time of delivery. The tag says the package will be available after 6 pm and when I went there the place itself closed at 6 pm. Either they should open for long on the weekdays or shift the location to other place. The location itself is open from 12-6pm that is small window for anyone to pick up especially when an individual is working.
I hope no one else has to pick up from this location or in general do not deal with FEDEX.

My online order went through Fedex unfortunately. I paid extra for the express shipping, all for the delivery driver to state "fail to deliver" on the date. The driver said no one was home to receive the package. My apartment building looked into with cameras and it shows that the Fedex driver didn't even attempt to come into the building, nor stop. The camera shows the truck just drive past.I would not recommend shipping anything through this service.

ordered through fed ex for the first time and the delivery driver is on camera, not even attempting to deliver or knock on the door just quickly came and stuck a notice saying "failed to deliver"

This should be where my package goes when FedEx pretends they tried to get a hold of me to deliver it, instead of going all the way up to Cambridge. This just proves you’re doing this on purpose and that you can have locations in town to pick up.
