Not good at all.
She says she forgets a lot of things, and she's old. But never forget how to cut hair.
I explained that I have a triple crown that goes into a heart shape, same with my bangs. We'll she wasn't listening and the crown was mest up and the bangs so short and crocked. ? just WOW, she should not cut hair.
And future more her hair was greasy and not combed.

Walked in, was warmly greeted. Waited literally 2 minutes. A very cordial young lady named Enum cut my hair exactly as I wanted. 15 minutes later I was outta there! Very satisfied customer.

HORRIBLE service. Left people sitting at the entrance without even taking names or giving customers an idea of wait time. When I eventually got seated, I described and showed a photo of a long bob cut, which was not much different from what I came in with. She cut FAR too much and left me with short "page boy" bangs.

I recently had an amazing experience with Jahan! Her skill and attention to detail are truly commendable. Jahan. not only executed the hairstyle perfectly but also provided valuable suggestions that enhanced the overall result. The salon's cleanliness and professionalism added to the positive experience. Today I took my son for a haircut, by the same hairstylist. She's a very grumpy rude lady towards teenage customers and provided terrible service today. she was asked not to cut my sons sideburns. She cut them off. She was very rude in her tone and was very disrespectful towards my 15-year-old. she cuts his hair too short. She barely look at the picture. My son's haircut is not even close to the picture, and then she excuse yourself by saying that he never told her about the sideburns when I was there and I witness, but explain to her that he wanted to keep his sideburns. this was today's experience the previous experience. She was very rude and told him it was his choice his hair and don't ask mom. What kind of hairstyles makes very inappropriate comments that is not necessary to her job. this is unacceptable for hairstylist to pick and choose who she's going to treat good and who she is rude to. she's being paid for her service. I will not be returning to this location because of these two terrible experiences we have had with my son.
