Basics Lackner in Kitchener
Jess in Produce is amazing. Always there to help with a smile. If I am looking for a certain product & the shelf is empty she will go check the back room or guide me when to come back for the stock. Service with a smile is definitely followed with Jess.

Polite helpful staff. Some prices were reasonable. Front foyer floor is filthy.

Generally fine grocery store, usually well stocked, could use a bit of a face lift from all the traffic, cleaning of the cobwebs and such. Also I don't know why but when you're in the middle isles the speaker for music overhead is screaming loud when the rest are normal... Odd.
