Walked in with Christmas gift ideas I had picked out on their website
They have absolutely none of it
No attempt to help or order it in
Told me it's an outlet product and to drive to Milton

Have been a long customer of fossil but this time the customer service was no good and haven’t seen any worse than this. There were 2 girls working one asian girl was busy with some customers but this other girl who we asked to show items which we were interested and she was very reluctant to show any and infact waited till the other girl was finished with others to help us. If you don’t want to do customer service then go find some other job but can’t be this lethargic.

Had a wonderful experience here with the manager Alia, she was very accommodating with my needs and greeted me with a big smile, she helped me chose out some jewelry for my friends birthday, over all very satisfied with Fossil products and their customer service, I will definitely be back and will recommend this store to all my friends!

I went in to the Fossil in kitchener and had an amazing experience. I was greeted in a warm manner by the two ladies working and expressed my interest in a style of watch. After helping me look at different watch styles I found one that I love! The lady helped me get the engraving service which I didn’t know about. Overall, great experience!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with Fossil's outlet, and it was an absolute nightmare. About six months ago, I brought in my watch to have the battery replaced, as it had died. Fast forward to now, and the battery had died again. When I returned to Fossil for a replacement, they couldn't even open the back of the watch because the previous technicians had overtightened it during the last repair.To make matters worse, the staff, including the manager, were utterly unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of offering any solutions or assistance, they simply told me to take my watch elsewhere for repairs. As a result, I'm left with a $280 watch that's essentially useless because no one can access the battery compartment.The most appalling part of the experience was when we tried to discuss the issue with the manager, only to be met with rude and disrespectful behavior. She not only refused to address the problem but also used offensive language, telling us to leave using a derogatory word.Overall, I would strongly advise against using Fossil outlet. Not only are they incompetent and incapable of fixing their own products properly, but their customer service is also abysmal. Save yourself the frustration and avoid Fossil at all costs.

i would give 1 star if i could, they are not just worth even 1 star.Most of the sales staff were so rude and arrogant, and especially the female staff who attended{?} me was unbelievably arrogant and I felt so humiliated. She would not listen to me and when I asked to listen to me first she just shut me off .I was so mad and asked her name and she said she is not going to give the name and shut me off again.I am a nice person to a nice kind person but can be a very rude and mean person to a mean arrogant unprofessional person.I can describe her aslong black hair wearing glasses and I think she was from India or middle eastern.( I have nothing against a specific nationality)Fossil stores need to do something like train the employees properly.

I went in to replace a worn out band on one of my watches. It's a Fossil watch that my wife bought for me about 10 years ago that I am very attached to. The pins started to fall out in a couple spots, which is understandable over time. The ladies working there showed me some options and had my watch looking great with what I believe to be a more suitable band for the watch. My watch keeps perfect time to this day. Great service and quality watches.
