Saturday it was a ZOO….
It looked like something from the third world
from trash everywhere to the kids & parents which don’t assimilate.
The kids from a certain group were bullies our daughter…parents not watching their kids behaviour …

We spent two hours there. Kids love the place. There are two places that they can use, soft play area, and a trampoline area. The rock climbing place was never open in the past years we attended.
The price is gone slightly higher than last year
So for a 6-year-old it is $24.5. it's free for under one year old, but they cannot do much here.

My kids love it here. The climbing area is great for kids young and older , my son had his 12th birthday there.. great food and service for the party

Large venue with party rooms and plenty of things for kids to play and do. Multi-level playground, arcade games and more. It gets really busy on weekends and the party rooms can get a bit tight on space if your party is on the larger side. Also there aren't any sinks in the party rooms for washing/cleaning. A bit inconvenient with pizza, juice, chips and cake being served at kids birthday parties. Overall, not bad. Facilities are pretty clean.

Overall fun for kids on trampoline and bouncy castle. Arcade zone is biggest rip off I have ever seen $20 loaded arcade card gives you 4 games

Great place , lots of parking , lots of places to sit. Birthday parties are very reasonable. Staff is great and very knowledgeable. There are lots of different things for kids to do!
Oct 27th
Came back for a Halloween party. I still say lots of things to do.the balloon guy was amazing , very funny. Huge amount of choices for the kids! But this party was from 5-8. So we did plan to grab some pizza or fries before we headed home.. went up to order at 6:45pm . The food counter was closed???? Why still over an hour left. So we left early to go eat. That sucked.

We had our kids birthday party at this location. And we had the best service and everything was managed well, Nathan was the best 👌 he helped us a lot and we are glad for everything ❤️ thank you

My younger brother had his 10th birthday here on September 23.
Him and his friends all had a blast and our party host was a short young lady with brown straight hair (I can’t quite remember her name) but she was awesome, so patient and polite! But that wasn’t the problem, the problem was the man at the front desk.. he was a bigger guy who looked I would say Indian and when (me, my mom and 14yr old brother) we came first so we could decorate our party room for my little brother. We were a bit late and my dad n brother were right around the corner, so we were rushing. When we finally got to the desk my mom ask the man if me and my brother could go in to the party room and decorate, but he kept saying something to my mom about registering and my mom was going to stay at the front and register as me and my brother went in. My mom said it multiple times but he was just not listening to her and as she was about to explain again he said “Stop talking and listen to me.” Wow. That was so disrespectful and ignorant to say to a customer, my jaw was dropped.
After he said that he literally told her the exact same thing she just said “me and my brother can go in but she has to stay and register.” Which is what she was already going to do… Besides that it was very crowd, garbage on the floors and was the worse experience there by far.

Good place to bring children. Safe... supervised... good amount of couches in decent spots for parents to relax and not be overly worried... food is okay there but dont expect a cuisine... umm overall it was a good deal and time. I would consider a birthday party at this place... there was one going on there and the kids were bouncing off the walls with happiness.
