Pretty disappointing visit. I went in to trade my PS5 during their own promotion, but the staff didn’t even bother to take a proper look at it. They brushed me off with a weak excuse, calling the console “dirty” without checking anything. It felt like they weren’t interested in helping at all. Honestly, not the experience you expect from a store advertising trade-in deals everywhere. Wouldn’t recommend based on this visit.

Came here on a few occasions and the staff is always super helpful and easy going. We have been happy with our purchases and grateful for the help. 🙂

Great place to be in if your tired of the noise in the food court. it gets pretty quiet in there. my only complaints are that the Pokémon cards sell out the second they restock and its very pricey.

bought over $200 of anime figures and asked for a bag, he said he doesn't have it, whereas the guy in front of me got a big clear bag for just 2 small boxes for free. staff had multiple in the back.

They were able to help a 70 year old somewhat understand Ps 4 and buy games for a 7 year old. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable

Was shopping and saw two employees pull someone aside for a conversation. No chit chat during the holiday season, etc. Didn't really listen assuming it was an employee meeting. 10 minutes later, I realized it was a customer, who looked absolutely baffled as he was just talking about games.
I don't know the situation, if he was harassing someone then it was justified. But from my understanding they berated a customer interested in the inventory for about 15 mins because he was making too much conversation during holiday season (it's not even Christmas yet) and its supposed to be hi how are you, buy something, and leave.
He could have had autism or something and it's clear profit is the priority over any sort of customer interaction or passion for games. Will stick with independent game stores after that bizarre thing.

Nice workers but the store is never open at 10am, management comes in late at 10 and doesn’t open up until they’re comfortable. Pretty sure every other job you have to be there early to actually open the store on time, not show up whenever.

Wasn’t open when they said they were.
I called ahead to see if they had an item, which they did, and said I can come pick it up anytime before close. Apparently not, as when I did come, the store was shut while the staff was on break, which is fair enough, they need a break, but their hours weren’t updated nor was I informed of this closure before showing up. Very frustrating to me as I went out of my way to pick this item up as gift on my way home, and I had tight timing to make it to an event that evening. Ended up not getting the item and being late for my event anyways.
If you know you need to shut up shop for a bit, it would be nice to know in advance, especially since I phoned ahead and was told to show up whenever.
Or, better yet, hire more people so you dont have just one poor worker on the floor.
Other than that incident it’s a perfectly cromulent GameStop.
