We had some vandalism at our business and Glass Doctor responded very quickly after hours and offered same day replacement of our broken entry door glass. Everything from the contact with the office to the installers that came to the door was very professional and kind. They went out of their way to make sure the install of the replacement glass was perfect and that the area was cleaned up before they left. I highly recommend these guys! Thanks Julio!

I order for one door glass price is $898+tax deposit 500 $and I cancel some reason the manager he say for cancel is 180$ I say no final is charging me 100$All of them operator franchisee and employee manager from the Kitchener location (5 Paulander dr Unit D) has zero respect, terrible service, zero compassion, SO UNPROFESSIONAL.And big differences the same party Another company fixes 500 $only

I have to came to write a review in the hopes the owner sees this , the lead time for service is slow and their customer service was so rude and said nothing she can do, do I want my money back. After holding our deposit and reassuring service will be in 2 to 3 weeks. I follow up and am met with rudeness, I regret this interaction and will advise any contacts to go elsewhere where your business is appreciated and courteous follow up is part of business model . I am surprised there are businesses that still do this post covid. Tell customers that you don't want to serve them upfront and we can all save our time.
