From the first steps into Goemans, we were impressed. The knowledge, care and time Donna took with us to find the perfect refrigerator was awesone. Lots of inventory, choice and we felt no pressure.
She was accurate with the potential delay in getting the item into the warehouse.
Once it arrived, the polite and professional scheduling from the scheduling department was accomodating.
The day of delivery was great. Messages indicating arrival time and Jessie was professional, careful and pleasant.
Definitely will look to Goemans for our next appliance purchase.

We were in the renovating our kitchen and had spent some time looking at stoves, refrigerators and dishwashers in various stores. We visited Goeman's in mid-July, and were ably guided by Isha Syan to the selection of appliances in their Kitchener store. We were very pleased by Isha's knowledge of the appliances, and her efficient processing of our order. The appliances arrived in mid-September, on time, and as ordered, and they fit well into our remodeled kitchen. The delivery was as advertised, and handled by an excellent delivery team. Sales rep Donna-Marie Cloes gave excellent service. She responded quickly to questions and provided solid information. In one case she inadvertently provided a minor piece of incorrect information, but as soon as she discovered it, she corrected it. I was really impressed. She worked with me well after business hours to close the deal. First rate!

When you purchase an appliance, you need knowledgeable, courteous, and professional sales people. That is exactly what we received at Goemans Appliances. There was no pressure at all, they listened to our needs and made recommendations based on those (rather that the price). We were kept completely informed about the delivery status and date, and received constant emails informing us where our delivery was during installation day (including, one that indicated the delivery team has arrived, so go out and meet them). Goemans worked as a team, and we will be purchasing all of our appliances from then when required. As an addendum, because of the great service we received on our first purchase, we needed to purchase a Dryer. Again, the professionalism of the staff who showed us the competing models and we chose the one that met our needs. Our salesperson (Dave), even stayed with us after hours to not rush the the process. The Dryer was delivered, installed, and its working condition was checked the the professional delivery team. Again, we cannot say enough about Goemans (Kitchener) and their service.
