I have been a frequent shopper at this Goodwill for eight years, most of my books and clothes come from here. Friendly, lovely staff and great inexpensive items.

"don't touch the items on the cart" women was such a snot about it, like who cares it's one less thing you need to do. It was totally unnecessary to be rude

Your donation dudes look absolutely miserable and their customer service is really bad as is those that work inside. Donating to goodwill is not mandatory you know; there are other charities equally if not moreso deserving. It takes nothing to smile and say thank you.

Used to come here all the time until I had to do a return from the day before and was encountered with the rudest employees and the rudest management. Insane amount of disrespect. never coming back here again.

A store that sells used clothes, there’re a few used furniture and kitchen utensils, and there is also a small library that sells used books , the prices are reasonable, there is a special section for donations

Great place to shop for thrift at decent prices but very disappointed they don't allow exchanges. If I were management I would allow them, it would bring the customer back to shop again and possibly buy more again, than just an exchange of clothing. I'm stuck with two shirts that don't fit my spouse and I most likely will have to donate them. I would give 4 stars if they allowed exchanges and 5 stars if the sizing in areas were a bit more organized. I do understand most is done by limited volunteers so I can't get too picky of course as they are supporting community

We drove from Simcoe to the Goodwill in Kitchener just to find out that nobody can try cloths on anymore so I bought nothing!! but would normally spend alot. If you live to far to return what doesn't fit, it is now pointless to make the drive to shop there

Today I was in this thrift store and I went to the fitting room. Before entering there, the employee told me to leave my bag outside. In opinion of the store management, I had to leave my personal bag outside on the floor where documents, money, phone, etc. I said that I would not leave because you cannot guarantee the safety of my things. In response I was said that there was is camera and he was standing here. But the fact is that even with cameras people constantly steal from you. You cannot lay responsibility for thieves on your customers . Hire security, organize fitting rooms properly, do something. Why should I risk my personal belongings for your troubles. The management of this store is incompetent. Shame on this store and management there . You are noncommercial organization.I don't owe you anything and I won't follow your management's stupid rules. This is ridiculous. I didn’t come to the boutique for shopping, you are non commercial organization that says your banner on the front.

I would love to see more furniture at this location. The store is not very well kept, and their prices have gone up, as well as some prices being ridiculous. Overall, not a bad place for some goodies.
