My mom and I went here to get our haircuts by Brenda & Parwin, we were absolutely delighted by the experience, such nice and patient stylists ??. This question is for management how can I get a hold of coupons before we come into get a haircut, I can never obtain them online, it doesn't work.

Worst experience eve! Poor ethics and unprofessional staff. I have been going for hair cut since my childhood and this is not my first time for hair cut and no one treated me like this. I would never recommend this place to any one!!! Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied!!! I will never visit this place again!! If you want better experience try go somewhere else..
Stylist: Two women are awful!! Better have them replaced if you want better clients

I would Not recommend. Some plus size lady didn’t cut my hair properly , didn’t clean properly still have hair all over and on my shirt .She did not use clips or towel , she didn’t care about the job . Randomly cut my hair like in 5 minutes.

Update 9-13-24. Sid from the Great Clips contacted me after my review and promised me a free hair cut with one of his best hair stylist Brenda. And he did not lie. Not only did she listen to what I wanted but gave a a bunch of amazing suggestions on how to take care of hair and style it. Can’t talk for the other stylists but Brenda definitely won my business and I will be back to see her again. Love what she did for me. The second photos was what Brenda did. Thank you Brenda and Sid.

Went in showed them a picture of what I wanted. The lady said no problem I can do it. Ended up cutting way too short. Then she blamed me for my hair not being the right way. Definitely won’t go back.
When the other girl asked what’s wrong to told her. Her response was oh well.

Pathetic experience. I went for my hair cut , she asked me what kind of hair cut you want . I was explaining and she was making her face like a hell . She doesn’t even know how to provide a good customer service to your customer. I think her name was Lexi . I asked her couple of time to suggest me hair cut and style and she didn’t even bothered to give any clue . After 5 mins she said it’s done . I said that was quick and she replied me with worst facial expression and mentioned there is nothing to do with your hair . I’ve been going this place for almost 2 years . I would never suggest to go someone for hair cut .

I've been going to this salon for over 2 years now and yesterday was the worst day of all. Worst customer service, worst haircut I got, worst professionalism shown. Lady who cut my hair didnt even bother how to do or what to do, she just got the clippers and did the haircut and thats it, after 5 mins she said its done and I had to tell her hair cut is not even.
Never going back to this place again.
