I love the vegetarian tofu bowl, and the tomato & mozzarella flatbreads are delicious as well. Very friendly staff throughout the store and you never have to wait long at the cash.”
“Great Prices! I recently moved back to Waterloo and was having a tough time finding my New Zealand Isolate protein. I was not only happy to find a store that carried it, but was shocked how amazing the price was (especially considering the state of inflation in 2022). If you have specific brands of Supplements that you use, I would absolutely check out S&H for pricing. P.s. Staff was helpful and friendly.”
