She gave us great options for diy under-cabinet and retrofit pot lighting. She was able to order and price match a bathroom fixture we saw elsewhere. And the best random surprise was that she was able to order new modern shades for our old Hubbardton Forge chandelier we bough 20 years ago.
We appreciated her answering all our questions, helping us find the right temperature bulbs, and just making us feel well taken care of!

“I brought my daughter in the other night. She desperately wants to sew and make a gown and I have no idea what I am doing. Your staff the other night were patient, kind, and supportive. They helped us read the patterns and get the fabric we needed. My child is jumping into a long term dream to learn to sew and become a fashion designer and your staff were truly knowledgeable gems who were so supportive.
I wish I knew their names to thank them personally, but that’s okay. We will be back. The service was impeccable.

“The digital kiosk at the entrance is currently inaccurate. It directed me to Aisle 37 for a Canadian flag, but they are actually located in Aisle 40. The store felt a bit cluttered with seasonal transitions, but I appreciate the associate who pointed me in the right direction.”
