“Purchased our spa through Home and Leisure in Kitchener . Jonathan, our sales rep was great at helping us decide on the right one for us and made the whole experience simple . We had been to another large distributor of pools and spas and just getting a price was a painful experience but the team at Home and Leisure was great .”

“We had a great experience purchasing our mattress and bed from The Brick, thanks to Barry. He was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, explained the different options clearly, and helped us choose something that suited our needs and budget without making us feel pressured. The whole experience was smooth and comfortable from start to finish. We really appreciate Barry’s professionalism and excellent customer service. Highly recommend Barry!”

“I have been a loyal customer from last 8 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Their mattresses are made of excellent quality, but their customer service is even great. Every person I refer to them ends up reaching out just to tell its worth to get the service from them.”

360 Trillium Drive, Kitchener ON N2E 2K6
“I ordered 4 cushions to replace my old flat outdoor cushions for our patio set. The price was very reasonable and the quality is great. They are very comfortable. The order took just under 2 weeks. The reason why I gave 4 starts is I emailed and called to ask about the status of my order after 1 week and no one retuned the email or phone call. In my opinion not great customer service.”
