Love it, not just books but home stuff or health.

Was at this store on the weekend with my 9 year-old daughter. Manager was quite rude to us. I did not raise a fuss in front of my daughter but afterwards she said : "Why was that lady so mean to us?"

Book store ... sells books ...

I went here to buy a few books for Christmas for my wife. They have a wonderful selection. But it's not the same feel as the old chapters were. But in general, the price of books have gone up crazy. Most new release hardcovers are 30 to 40 dollars. All in all, if you want or need a book, they most likely have it.

Store is clean and products are nicely organized, unfortunately staff aren't the most friendly. Don't expect help looking for something from staff or kiosks (not a single kiosk was working when I went today). At register staff don't greet you just yell next, younger female staff checked me out and she was full of attitude, with constant annoyed look on her face. It's a good thing I go for the books and not customer service.

Indigo is trying to do the right environmental initiative by not providing bags, but really selling me a $2 reuseable plastic bag, I will go home and through out and cannot be recycled, is crazy. I bought $250 worth of products and they could not provide me with a free paper bag which can be recycled. Can we stop this insanity. I walked out of the store in the rain balancing all my purchases in my arms. Guess I’ll go back to on line ordering which is far from the right environmental answer.

Quick and easy pickup - the scanning tool they use took a minute to connect to the internet though, which was a pain to wait through, otherwise it was a nice visit!

I thought Indigo sold books but we walked around in this maze of rooms filled with cups, pillows, throws and all kinds of bric a brac you can buy almost anywhere. We got lost in some of these endless rooms with no books for at least 5 to 10 minutes. One chair to sit on in the entire story so we just kept walking and looking for books. Finally found fiction and non fiction but anything we wanted was available online. Good to know - I won’t waste the time of going down to the store in person in the future. Very sad. Used to love this store. Oh and Good Earth is a pale imitation of Starbucks. More interesting food but my Chai Latte was worst I ever had. Cup of warm milk and foam and very little of that lovely Chai Tea taste.

Coz if you decide to come back later it’ll be all gone :)Got lots of stuff from clearance plus and extra 30% off plus an extra 10% if you’re a plum plus member.Scored !!!!!Any wait for the next one !!!!!

A very nice place! You can buy anything there and the quality is really good! And the thing that I like the most of this location is the cute café that is connected with the store, makes a really good environment ✨
