This is my first visit to Jiffy Lube & won't be my last. I was welcomed by the staff. They all worked well together. I was very impressed with the team work. Great job by Sean, Kyle & Amanda. They had a pretty steady flow of customers coming in there.

It was my first time using Kitchener Jiffy Lube. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and confident in their work and abilities. They worked well together and made this a very pleasant experience. I will definitely be future customer.

These people know the vehicles and are incredibly honest. 2 times they have informed me of issues that my dealership needs to address and charged me nothing and didn't waste an oil change expense on me. Very impressive staff.
