I took my car there for a noise in the muffler area. I took it there for a second opinion. It turns out it was just a clamp that holds the muffler in place. They are honest. They fixed it fast and I was on my way.
*The other garage wanted to replace the muffler and pipe!!!!!!!

Very professional staff and honest business owner.My starter was still under warranty. I lost my receipt and could not remember when the service was done. They found on the system very fast and fixed in a day. No questions asked, and there was no charge. Definitely, I will go again and recommend to others.

Easily the best shop I’ve been to in the KW area. I own a fleet of cargo and passenger vans. Most shops in the area do not have the knowledge or tools to work on these types of vehicles. I been to a shop to get my Mercedes sprinter checked out, other shop mentioned I needed $3000 on parts and labour, I decided to get an second opinion at Kare auto and only required $1200 in work. After speaking to Donte I trusted them enough to work on my vans and I was not disappointed. The team at Kare auto is experienced and knowledgeable. They are extremely honest on their work and the environment at this shop was really welcoming. Kam the owner was really straightforward with vehicle issues and what I should pay attention to.Not only they work on cargo vans and heavy duty vehicles, they also have a team that specializes in German vehicles. I brought in my bmw X5 and Audi S4 for servicing and I was really happy with the outcome. I cannot express the gratitude I feel towards this shop, you guys saved me 1000’s and no shop in the area has treated me and my family rightfully like you. Thank you Kam!

Bought my Toyota matrix from here In 2021. There was a pre existing sound in the car that the owner asked me to get diagnosed from Toyota and promised a reimbursement. It’s been over 2 years and I’ve moved out of KW, unfortunately no signs of reimbursement. He was sent receipts and he acknowledged that.

Visited to get a light replaced, a couple of scratches and dents fixed. The service was pretty fast and at a very reasonable price. They did a good job, I would definitely recommend.
