Code Yellow Towing deserves credit where it’s due. The two ladies in the office were absolute stars—super polite, helpful, and genuinely sympathetic about what I was going through. I can only imagine the difficulty of getting my truck (with no rear end!) onto a flatbed, but they pulled it off without a scratch. They even worked with me to arrange getting it back to a different location, which I really appreciated. I’ve seen the bad reviews, but from my experience, these folks are just doing their job, and they do it well. If you go in upset and hostile, that sets the tone—approach them with respect and you’ll see how much they’re willing to help.

Had Wally come tow my vehicle to a mechanic, Fantastic and quick service. Wally made the experience so easy and genuinely turned a bad moment into a great one. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Will NEVER use another company again.Wally made me a customer for life!

We had an issue with our cars battery and actually required service from Ken’s twice yesterday. They were extremely helpful both times and allowed us to sit in their car in the AC as there was a heat warning and due to delays had been outside many hours. They were very apologetic and helped us try to figure out what was wrong and unfortunately our windows were stuck open and the tow truck driver helped us put garbage bags on the windows so Incase it rained it would not get wet while it was at the garage. They gave us lots of great advice and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you to Surge and Wally especially for all their support and help yesterday as well as their dispatch for being quick to respond even on such a crazy stressful day. Sorry it was such a crazy day for you guys but you truly helped us a lot and we are grateful for all your help. Thank you again.

Ken's towing staff helped calm me down, assured me that they would get to me as fast as they could and were professional and courteous. When Natasha arrived on scene, she charged my car, she assessed my car engine issue and got me back on the road in record time. She offered to follow me until I got on the highway to make sure my car was running safely. She was extremely personable and was able to handle my frantic demeanour. I would recommend Natasha in a heartbeat! Great service. Wonderful to see a strong woman in this role!

I had a bad experience with the tow truck driver. He was rude, not honest, and pressured me to sign a form, claiming it was just to confirm I gave him permission to tow the rental vehicle — which wasn’t true. The form actually stated I’d be responsible for the service fees. He also accused me of swearing at him and said he doesn’t get paid enough to tolerate it — which never happened. Not professional at all.

The experience with Wally and the company was great! I was told an hour but he came much earlier!
The ride from Cambridge to London was pleasant and not awkward at all. We chatted about life and family and the ride went by quick!

Emma picked up my vehicle today and delivered it to Waterloo Honda...she was absolutely fantastic! Very professional & efficient...we had a great conversation on the drive....definitely recommend Ken's service!

They don't have the sense to talk at all, and they even broke my car's bumper, and when I asked them, they completely denied. They don't even know how to tow.

In all of my experiences with this company have been top notch with the best customer service. They made sure that I would not be left stranded and dropped me and my car off at my home even though they did not have to do that. Highly recommend Code Yellow Towing
