Brought my wife’s new CX5 in to service as they had forgot to reset the service reminder. Kane at the service desk was awesome- he dropped what he was doing, came out to the car and reset it for me. He also took the time to show me how to do it, since I wanted to know. He also helped me with resetting a radio feature, and gave me a complimentary car wash for my troubles. Cant ask for better service.

We were able to try the vehicle without having a sales person coming try to push us into buying. Al was knowledgeable about the vehicle had all the details about the vehicle including repairs that Mazda did on it. We came back the next day to try vehicle again. At no time did I feel pressured into buying

Car went to carstar AGAIN! Took couple weeks to get estimate and fixed damage due to too many accident & parts shortage not much anyone can do. Car came back new and clean - I mean clean, they even clean inside my car.Excellence service. Still, I don't want to go back to Carstar again, everyone around ask me AGAIN? Damit?

I just purchased a Mazda 3 GT Turbo and I couldn’t have been happier with the process. Al Holliday was the sales person assisting me and was very helpful in absolutely every single part of the entire process, from getting a quote to finally receiving the car. The team delivered the car as promised, and even after the purchase, Brooke remains incredibly helpful whenever we call. The customer service here is truly exceptional.

Trisa, our sales representative was very knowledgeable and informative. She listened closely to our needs and was able to recommend a vehicle that would fit those needs. She kept us in the loop as we waited for delivery of our car, and added last minute adjustments. Great service department. Friendly, helpful, take the time to explain things to you. Will book an Uber for you if you need a ride while they work on your car. Pleasant area to sit and wait.

I have used Kieswetter Mazda for service in the past. Always had a great experience. Decided to shop for a new vehicle here this time. Trisa was exception! Very knowledgeable with product options, good communication and follow-ups. Never felt pressured throughout the experience. Kim, the business manager walked us through additional coverage options. Was very patient and detailed while explaining the various warranties and protection services available. Will definitely recommend Kieswetter Mazda in the future.
