“We just built a new house and KW Countertops did several pieces in the kitchen and pantry. There was a blemish in the island counter that originated in the manufacturing plant so I called them and they set up a time to come out. The serviceman, Steve, was very friendly, clearly experienced, and knowledgeable. He assessed the issue and put in for a replacement under warranty. Once the new countertop was in their shop he set up a time, brought 4 men with him, and took care of it. It looked better than brand new. He spent a fair amount of time going over every inch to ensure there was no residue, and cleaned it up as good as new. He was also very personable.There was also an issue with one of the bathroom countertops that I thought he installed. He assessed that and felt confident it would be covered under warranty. I later found out that my contractor used Stonex for all the bathrooms. They did not send a serviceman out to look at it. Based on the picture alone, they refused a replacement/repair and said to fix the blemished area I would have to pay $350 + tax.I found the process of dealing this company to be seamless and easy. It's hard to find good trades that are invested in their work and take pride in it. I can't remember the last time I had this kind of customer service. We will be using them for any future countertop needs, without question. Highly recommend KW Countertops!”
