I had a thoroughly disappointing experience at the dealership's service department on November 21st, 2025. After confirming an appointment for winter tires swap on Friday at 10:00 AM, I arrived to find that there was no record of the appointment in their system. The service representative then informed me that I would have to leave my vehicle for the entire day, with the tire swap taking place between 3-5 PM. I explained that this was not feasible for me, as I had other appointments scheduled throughout the day, but the representative was dismissive and unwilling to accommodate my needs. The entire experience was unpleasant, unapologetic, and unprofessional 😞

Extremely Disappointed With Delays in Parts Replacement for My Nissan Kicks
I am very disappointed with the service experience for my Nissan Kicks. I brought my vehicle in for a simple part replacement, and what should have been a quick fix has turned into an unnecessary, frustrating delay. I was continuously told that the part was “on the way,” but there was no clear communication, no proper timeline, and no follow-up from the service team.
Because of this delay, I had to manage without my car longer than expected, impacting both my daily routine and work schedule. What makes it even worse is the lack of responsibility—no updates unless I called, and even then, I received vague answers. For a brand like Nissan, this kind of customer service is unacceptable.
I expected better transparency, faster response, and more respect for customers’ time. I hope Nissan improves their service process and communication so other customers don’t face the same inconvenience.

I came in and I was welcomed with professionalism and knowledgeable sales consultant Tom Moore. I knew I was in good hands the way he took care of me. On my recent hunt for a vehicle, I know one person that I can trust the most. Tom Moore! I have purchased 2 vehicles previously from him and this time was not going to be any different. I was not going to go anywhere else. I called him up and he told me he was now at Nissan in Kitchener. I drove from Toronto to see him. 48 hours later, I picked up my Nissan Qashqai. Tom never disappoints. I will follow him wherever he represents. His knowledge of the industry, professionalism and great personality makes purchasing a vehicle easy. No pressure, no written sales pitch. Just him listening to me and understanding my needs within my budget.

This was my first time buying a new car and I was very stressed. Teah was my sales representative and she was absolutely fantastic. She was so kind and personable, as well as knowledgeable.

The car lot is full of vehicles. So. On the plus side, the inventory is large with many vehicles to choose from. The buying process is smooth and easy. In the end, the car actually made the sale.

Prices for this vehicles are sky high and the value for their resale of car is almost below the belt. I have a Nissan versa wanted to sell it off the sales team they don’t want my car barely at 100k kms. But sales reps want me to buy a new car and promise me to buy the old for $1500 plus taxes. Man how can we even agree the new won’t break down😂.
Either stay clear on your strategy or keep your eyes only on reliable cars like Toyota or Honda is what I suggest.
